Shipping Policy

1. Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after standard business hours may be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping methods and delivery estimates
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed. Times may vary based on geographic location, carrier availability, weather, seasonal demand, and customs inspections when applicable.
3. Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, selected shipping method, and package weight and dimensions.
4. Risk of loss and carrier responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Iron Horse Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by courier disruptions, customs holds, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
5. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may incur additional shipping fees.
6. Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographs of the packaging and contents. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
